Living Room:
The living room is a cozy place to gather after a day of exploring Taos. Curl up on the comfy couch and chair by the easy-to-use gas fireplace with a good book, enjoy a board game with family and friends, or put on your favorite playlist using the speaker system. Thoughtfully designed for conversation and connection, you’ll notice there’s no TV in this space—just a comfortable place to slow down and relax.
Primary Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom:
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with premium linens, perfect to cozy up in after a busy day. Nightstands with reading lights, a closet and a dresser complete the space.
A dedicated, laptop-friendly workspace with a modern desk, chair, and fast fiber WiFi makes working remotely easy if you need it. And a Roku TV behind the curtain allows for binge watching your favorite shows while lounging in bed after a long day. just BYOL (bring your own logins) and stream your favorites.
A Pack ’n Play (with sheets) and a highchair are available for little travelers in the closet. There are also standing oscillating fans and a luggage rack.
The ensuite bathroom offers a tub shower combo and a wide single sink vanity. We provide complimentary, eco-friendly Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
Second Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom:
The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, bedside tables with reading lights, and a small closet. There is a twin sized bed under the queen if you prefer a little extra space, sheets are in the closet for your convenience. The beautiful weaving is a family made heirloom piece with local weaver Rachel Brown.

With nice appliances and the essentials you’ll need, the cooks kitchen makes preparing meals easy and enjoyable during your stay. Whether you’re brewing morning coffee or cooking after a day of exploring, you’ll feel right at home.
One of the standout features is the beautiful copper countertop, adding warmth and character that perfectly complements the home’s vintage New Mexico charm. It’s both stylish and functional — a unique touch you don’t see every day.

Dining Room:
The dining room has a beautiful large, handmade table that comfortably seats eight (8) guests. The picture window adds an ambiance you just can’t manufacture.
Backyard:
Plan a family cookout with the Bar-B-Q grill and complimentary propane. There is seating for 4 at the vintage outdoor table, with an umbrella for those hot summer days.
The apple trees and flowers love our backyard as much as we hope you do. Please feel free to taste the local apples while visiting.
Spend your evenings listening to the sounds of rural New Mexico while cozied up around the chiminea in our comfy Polywood chairs. Firewood provided (Please be aware, if there is a fire ban in effect, no outdoor fire will be allowed)

Just a couple miles from the center of charming Arroyo Seco, and an easy walk or drive to a range of hiking/walking trails.
Having a car in this area is pretty critical. There are also many lovely places to bike.

✓ We provide basic paper goods and consumables – paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
✓ A washing machine and dryer along with an ironing board and iron are available for your use during your stay.
✓ Natural materials including flagstone, rock and gravel are inherently uneven and can shift over time. Landscaped areas are not perfectly level and may pose a tripping hazard. Please watch your step.

Other Things to Note:
The property is surrounded by natural sagebrush that many critters call home, including rodents, snakes, and coyotes.
Like many homes in northern New Mexico, we do not have air conditioning. For those rare hot days, each bedroom has oscillating fans located in either the closet or cabinet for guests’ use. Please keep shades drawn during the day and windows open at night to help regulate the indoor temperature.
Please note that our cleaning fee is “pass through”, meaning the entire sum is “passed on” to our amazing cleaning crew to support high quality work and a living wage.
