Basic oils and spices are provided. We also stock dishes for kids and dog bowls for our furry family members.

Seating for 6 at the table and 3 at the counter means everyone can stay close.
Primary Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom:
The primary suite offers a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring Northern New Mexico. Featuring a comfortable king bed, soft bedding from Standard Linen, and a Kiva fireplace to bring that New Mexico charm.
Recently remodeled, the en suite bathroom is a perfect retreat before a restful night’s sleep with a double vanity and walk in shower with beautiful tile work. Public Goods bath products and large Vidori towels from Standard Linen are provided.
Second Bedroom:
Thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, this charming guest room offers a quiet place to recharge. Warm Southwestern touches and natural light create a relaxing atmosphere.
Second Bathroom:
Located in the hall between the two guest rooms, the second bathroom has a large double vanity with tile counter walk in shower with beautiful tile surround.
Like the primary bathroom, the second bathroom is stocked with complimentary bath essentials from Public Goods and large Vidori towels from Standard Linen.
Third Bedroom:
Perfect for family or friends, this welcoming bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and cozy furnishings. Like the rest of the home, it’s designed with comfort and simplicity in mind so everyone feels at home.
A dedicated built in workspace makes this a great place for those who need to work remotely.
Backyard:
One of the home’s highlights is the private outdoor patio, where breathtaking views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains provide the backdrop for your stay. Guest Access:
– Guests will have access to the entire home except for two locked owners closets.
– Guests will enter through the front door using a keys provided in a lockbox. Lockbox code will be provided 48 hours before check-in.
– Please take care of the key provided, but rest assured that we have back ups should an oops occur.
Attention to Detail:
✓ Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a sparkling clean home! Our cleaning fee is passed through, meaning that the entire sum is paid to our meticulous cleaning team.
✓ We provide premium linens for each guest.
✓ We provide complimentary bath essentials, including Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion.
✓ We provide basic paper goods and consumables – paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
✓ A washing machine and dryer along with an ironing board and iron are available for your use during your stay.
✓ Natural materials including flagstone, rock and gravel are inherently uneven and can shift over time. Landscaped areas are not perfectly level and may pose a tripping hazard. Please watch your step.

Other Things to Note:
The property is surrounded by natural sagebrush that many critters call home, including rodents, snakes, and coyotes.
Like many homes in northern New Mexico, we do not have air conditioning. For those rare hot days, each bedroom has oscillating fans located in either the closet or cabinet for guests’ use. Please keep shades drawn during the day and windows open at night to help regulate the indoor temperature.
Please note that our cleaning fee is “pass through”, meaning the entire sum is “passed on” to our amazing cleaning crew to support high quality work and a living wage.
