Check out is before 10:am and is not flexible.
Check in is anytime after 4pm. On occasion, we can accommodate an early check in. Our cleaners do an exceptional job and typically finish cleaning the home between 3:00 and 3:30 pm. If you’re interested in an early check in, please reach out and we will plan to be in close communication on check in day. Should the property be ready before 4pm, we will contact you.
Dogs are allowed. Cats are not. All service animals are welcome. Our pet fee of $100 pays for occasional damage and additional cleaning when it is needed.
While each home varies, our homes are generally within 10-15 minutes of Taos and within 30 minutes of Taos Ski Valley.
We recommend guests drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle or an AWD vehicle with snow chains. Throughout the winter, roads are likely to be wet, muddy and snowy. Should specific properties have additional winter specifics, those will be communicated in your reservation confirmation and check in messages.
Yes! Should the home be available, you are welcome to extend your stay. Maximum reservation length is 29 nights. Should you want to extend your stay, we will extend a discount of 20% off the added accommodation cost. Additional cleaning fees are not required.
