The front door, just beyond the iconic blue gate, is equipped with a WiFi-enabled smart lock for easy, stress-free check-in. (And just in case a backup key is always available in a secure lockbox.)
Living Room:
The heart of the home, this expansive gathering space was designed for spending time together. Whether you’re sharing meals, playing games, or simply relaxing after a day of adventure, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still staying connected. We have a wide selection of reading material, puzzles and board games. A central TV allows for movie nights or watching a game, just please bring your own log ins. A beautiful Kiva fireplace offers warmth and ambiance in the colder months and the big picture windows allows for great views of the backyard and streaming sunlight to brighten your day.
Primary Bedroom& Bathroom:
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed fitted with crisp white linens. A private kiva fireplace, dedicated desk, night side tables with lamps round out this large room.
The ensuite bath includes two sinks on a tiled vanity, and a shower with a glass door. Enjoy our selection of complimentary bath amenities, featuring Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap and a makeup towel.
Second & Third Bedroom
Both bedrooms offer king sized beds. Each bedroom has bedside tables with reading lamps, a small closet and a private bathroom! Both bathrooms have pedestal sinks and tub shower combos. We provide complimentary bath essentials, including Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion.
A pack-and-play, mattress sheets and monitor are available in the front hall closet and fit in all bedrooms of the main house so your little one can sleep peacefully.
Hallway Bathroom
The centralized bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, tiled vanity and the standard Public Goods bath products we offer.
Kitchen & Dining Room:
Fully equipped and ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to holiday feasts, the kitchen makes feeding a crowd easy. The copper countertops add that New Mexico charm and has seating for four.
The adjacent dining area with seating for up to 8, provides a great space for sharing meals, stories, and laughter together.
Behind the double doors just off the kitchen there is a laundry closet with a washing machine and dryer. Complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Essential cleaning products are available for guest use as needed (no cleaning expectations, we just know that sometimes accidents happen!).
Gameroom
A guest favorite, the game room is one of the property’s most unique features.
Challenge friends to a game of pool, gather around the table for board games or poker night, or kick back with a movie or the big game on the oversized Roku TV. Yoga mats, cornhole, and plenty of space to relax make this a fun hangout spot for all ages.
On cool summer evenings, open the garage doors and enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful views while you play.
Backyard:
The backyard is truly the centerpiece of the property.
Start your mornings with coffee beneath the shade of the trees, gather around the oversized outdoor dining table for alfresco under the New Mexico sky, or unwind in the hot tub after a day of skiing or adventures.
As the sun sets, light the fire pit and settle into the comfortable seating for stories, laughter, and stargazing. A large turf area provides plenty of room for lawn games, family competitions, and outdoor fun. Guests will find cornhole, washers, and horseshoes ready to enjoy.
Casita
Perfect for couples, or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy, the detached casita offers a peaceful retreat while keeping everyone close.
The casita includes two king bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, and a cozy sitting area complete with a kiva fireplace and kitchenette. It’s the perfect extension of the property, allowing larger groups to stay together comfortably without feeling crowded
Guests will have access to the entire home except for two locked owners closets in the garage and two locked storage sheds on property.
Guests will enter through the front door using a unique personalized code entered into the smart lock.
For questions or concerns, please message us through the Airbnb messaging platform. If there is an urgent or emergent matter, guests will be provided with a cell phone number and are free to text or call.

Attention to Detail:
✓ Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a sparkling clean home! Our cleaning fee is passed through, meaning that the entire sum is paid to our meticulous cleaning team.
✓ Hot tubs can get quite unsanitary. But not ours! Our hot tub is professionally sanitized. Please check the guidebook on how to use the hot tub and what you can do to help us keep it clean.
✓ We provide basic paper goods and consumables – paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
✓ A washing machine and dryer along with an ironing board and iron are available for your use during your stay.
✓ By using the hot tub, you acknowledge that using the hot tub involves inherent risks, including risk of injury or illness, and you agree to use the hot tub at your own risk. You will follow all instructions provided in the guidebook and hold harmless the property owner from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the hot tub. While maintained by a professional weekly service, guests are asked to dispense one tablespoon of shock per person per use to help maintain water clarity and cleanliness.
✓ Natural materials including flagstone, rock and gravel are inherently uneven and can shift over time. Landscaped areas are not perfectly level and may pose a tripping hazard. Please watch your step.
✓ Property is surrounded by natural sagebrush that many critters call home, including rodents, snakes, and coyotes.
✓ Please note that our cleaning fee is “pass through”, meaning the entire sum is “passed on” to our amazing cleaning crew to support high quality work and a living wage.

– Help keep the home clean by removing all shoes before coming inside.
– No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
– Ensure that all dogs are listed on the reservation. A $150 fee will be applied to reservations with unlisted dogs.
– Wash and put away your dishes and glassware after use.
– Remove all food from the fridge, freezer and cupboard when checking out.
– Do not touch the art and return furniture to its original position if moved.
– Spa at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult.
– Ensure all fires are extinguished.
– Remember that no parties or events are allowed.
– Clean up after your dogs. There is no poop fairy!
