This New Mexican style stucco home was built in 2015 and completed renovations in 2025. It sits on two private acres of land, providing modern touches in a beautiful mountain setting. Comfortably sleeps 2 to 4 guests.
Arriving at the property, you will find a large gravel driveway with plenty of parking for vehicles and a small RV. The front door is equipped with a WiFi-enabled smart lock to ensure a stress-free check in (rest assured, we’ve got a key in a convenient lockbox should an issue arise with the lock).
Under the covered front portal, there are a pair of chairs. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or simply bask in the glory of a perfect spot to read a book.
Living Room:
As you step into the home, you will enter a bright and spacious living room with tall ceilings and mountain views through the kitchen windows. A large sectional and lounge chair allow you to unwind from a long day skiing, mountain biking, working, or exploring. A 65″ Smart TV with Roku allows you to relax and watch your favorites.
Kitchen:
Taos has several excellent restaurants, but the kitchen is ready when you want a night in. Basic oils and spices are also provided.
The open living space extends to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas range, dish washer and microwave. Home cooks will find a thoughtful selection of cookware and dinnerware. If you’re not enjoying one of Taos’ delicious restaurants, you’ll have a great set up for a home cooked meal.
A large dining table has space for the whole family – kid-friendly dishes, a high chair, and a booster seat are provided. For those indulging, we provide glasses and bar accessories. It’s a perfect spot to spend time together and reminisce.
Basic oils and spices are provided. We also stock dishes for kids and hot tub friendly drink ware.
Primary Bedroom and Bathroom:
A large primary bedroom with mountain views, Nolah king sized bed, beautifully designed ensuite, reading area, and walk in closet allow for those perfect slow mornings.
Second Bedrooms:
A second bedroom across the living room provides separation and privacy, and has a Roku Smart TV and a writing desk. The beds in this room can be kept as two Twin XLs or set up as a King. A second full bathroom is located on the same side of the house, down the hall.
A pack and play is provided for little ones.
Work Studio Room:
The third room faces the mountains and offers a flexible, private space for working from home (standing desk and Steelcase chair provided), exercise, painting (easel provided), or reading. High speed internet easily supports video calls and streaming.
Laundry:
A high end LG washer and dryer available for use.
Patio/Property:
A large 375 sq ft patio with retractable shade provides some flexible space to spend outside. A propane fire place, hot tub, sectional couch, and BBQ provide multiple ways to enjoy the outdoors in peace and privacy. A separate fire pit allows you to enjoy the New Mexico stars in warmth.
The full property is 2 acres, and is largely untouched, highlighting the natural flora and fauna of the region. A historic acequia (ah-say-key-ah) runs along the southern border of the property seasonally, providing irrigation water to local farms.

✓ Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a sparkling clean home! Our cleaning fee is pass through, meaning that the entire sum is paid to our meticulous cleaning team.
✓ Our hot tub is professionally cleaned and sanitized. Please check the guidebook on how to use the hot tub and what you can do to help us keep it clean.
✓ We provide premium linens for each guest.
✓ We provide basic paper goods and consumables – paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
✓ A washing machine and dryer along with an ironing board and iron are available for your use during your stay.
✓ By using the hot tub, you acknowledge that using the hot tub involves inherent risks, including risk of injury or illness, and you agree to use the hot tub at your own risk. You will follow all instructions provided in the guidebook and hold harmless the property owner from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the hot tub.
✓ Natural materials including flagstone, rock and gravel are inherently uneven and can shift over time. Landscaped areas are not perfectly level and may pose a tripping hazard. Please watch your step.
Please no pets outside of certified service animals due to owner allergy. You may be asked to provide service animal paperwork.
Guest Access:
This property is located about a 1/2 mile down a gravel road.
Guests will have access to the entire property and home, with the exception of a single cleaning closet inside the home, and a dry shed and well house outside.
A large gravel driveway allows for plenty of room to park your vehicles or small RV, and smart locks with a personalized code allow for a secure, stress-free check in. Outdoor wall plugs (120v) allow for a convenient trickle charge of your electric vehicle.
In active snow, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended.
