  • Hands-free setup for owners available. From ordering and receiving furnishings to full in-home setup, we can handle every detail to get your property guest ready.
  • Integrated technology. We utilize a family of technology applications that support dynamic pricing, seamless operations, reservation management, timely guest communication, and financial reporting.

  • Maximize visibility. Properties are listed on Airbnb, VRBO and HighDesertStays.com, and are supported by a focused social media advertising campaign.
  • Excellent guest communication. We pride ourselves on meeting every guest need and exceeding expectations, with all questions answered by a local human. Nearly 99% of guests leave a 5-star communication rating. Our homes have a 4.99 Airbnb star rating and a perfect VRBO rating.
  • First impressions matter! We hold ourselves to spotless cleaning standards. More than 98% of guests leaving a 5-star cleanliness rating.
